FORKLIFT MID-TERM EVALUATION TRAINING
Note: The user is responsible for monitoring operator performance on an ongoing basis – taking note of any workplace specific need for retraining (eg. more frequent than every three years).
Recommended for: Operators who are certified and have reached the 18 month mid-term point and for the 3 year accreditation to be in compliance. Objective: Basic evaluation only of the operators skill set as it pertains to their operational use of the forklift truck, and to give management feedback on the operators driving ability. If required to recommend a tailored approach to the refresher training.
