Pedestrian Awareness Training

Required Due-diligence For Employers Recommended for: People who work around or in the vicinity of lifting devices, IE Forklifts Cranes, Aerial work platforms etc, and/or in the warehouse. Objective: To ensure that employees working in or around the warehouse were Lifting devices are used, are aware of the dangers and procedures to follow when in these areas. Knowledge and skill to be acquired:
- Introduction, review of OHSA, CSA and MOL guidelines
- Safety in the workplace, and safety program
- Hazard identification
- Rules for Pedestrians, who has right of way, rear end swing etc
- Safety and requirements around lifting devices
- Safety in the warehouse loading dock area
- Safety Video (The Danger Zone, High impact Video)

Practical: Safety observation in relevant areas ( If on Customers site)
A certificate of participation will be provided to the company along with any R.O.Training.
