Manager Supervisor Training
Recommended for: For Managers and Supervisors who are responsible for operators of lifting devices and for pedestrians working in the vicinity of material handling equipment.
Objective: To ensure that the managers and supervisors are aware of their duties and responsibilities under the OHSA as it pertains to “Competency” and to be in a due-diligence position regarding accident prevention and loss control. Benefits:

Knowledge and skill to be acquired:
- Introduction, review of OHSA, Bill C45, CSA and MOL guidelines
- Safety in the workplace, and safety program
- Hazard identification and inspections
- Basic accident investigation
- Safety and requirements around lifting devices
- Fuel handling, storage and PPE
- Pre-shift inspections and lockout procedures
- Correct handling of materials, equipment, attachments
